40,000 people arrested for ‘violating lockdown’ in Zimbabwe

Zimbabwean police arrested 40,000 people for violating the COVID-19 lockdown in place as they violated the lockdown rules. The arrests include two journalists, covering the stories of the alleged victims of state torture, according to this article.
